MY SCHEDULE DIDN'T ARRIVE

The Activity Schedule usually reaches current members 7 to 10 days before the starting date. However the arrival varies depending on when your local postmaster decides to deliver it. Please wait till the start date before you decide it's missing. You can find trips meanwhile on the Club or Chapter websites.

To request a second copy, e-mail the chapter office (office [at] amc-ny [dot] org). Give your name and address, including the apartment number if applicable, and your member number if you know it. Or you may mail your request to the chapter office (AMC, 5 Tudor City Place, New York NY 10017), giving your name and address, a phone number where we can reach you if we have a question, and your member number if you know it.

Please do not phone us with your request. We have found that names and addresses are hard to make out on voicemail.

 

I RENEWED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A SCHEDULE

If you renew or re-join after the current Schedule has been mailed, you will receive future schedules automatically, but if you want the current schedule, you need to request if from the Chapter Office.

If you renewed or re-joined online, forward the confirmation e-mail you received, adding your postal address, your membership number if you know it, and a note saying "please send me the current schedule". Send to office [at] amc-ny [dot] org

If you renewed or re-joined by phone or mail, please wait a week for the renewal to get entered into the Club computer. Then e-mail us (office [at] amc-ny [dot] org) or write us (AMC, 5 Tudor City Place, New York NY 10017) with your request. Include your name, postal address, a phone number in case we have questions, and your member number if you know it.

 

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

You can find your expiration date on the mailing label on your "AMC Outdoors" magazine, in the line above your name.  Or you can e-mail the office (office [at] amc-ny [dot] org) to ask, giving your name and address.

If you have not received an "AMC Outdoors" in the last two months,  and are not receiving Chapter publications, it's possible your membership has already expired. Call Member Services at 800-372-1758 to find out what your membership status is.
